ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the complaint preferred by the defacto complainant, without due process of law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.
3. On a complaint given by one Rajamanickam, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall cooperate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
