In connected writ petition being W.P. No. 12411 of 2024, which has been tagged and listed together, the entity which is sought to be impleaded is 6th respondent. Prayers in the two writ petitions are virtually the same and facts are also common. Issue notice to the proposed party sought to be impleaded.

writ petition). Ms.V. Nithyasri, learned counsel accepts notice and submits that there is no objection for implead petition being allowed as it is desirable that the proposed party is heard in both writ petitions. 4.
