This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28623 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police,everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and further investigation is completed and the final report has also been filed.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28623 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m and also on all hearing dates until further orders.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
