This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.533/2008/A3 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated nil.03.2008 and to consequently direct the 4th respondent to make final settlement of all dues payable to the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the prayer sought for this petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
