It is stated that the petitioner/A3 in Crime No.293 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 302, 506(ii), 201 r/w 34 of IPC, had been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 on 24.01.2024.

2.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
