ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Compulsory Retirement order dated 05.06.2006 in Tha.Go.No.16/Tha.P(Ma)(2)2006, Na.Ka.Order No.411/Central/2006 dated 05.06.2006 of the respondents and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to reinstate the petitioner in service with all back wages and all other attendant benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it was posted for today, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. In view of the above fact that even after giving several opportunities to the petitioner, there is no representation on behalf of him and since the matter is pending from the year 2007, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
