The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner died. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also sent registered letters and there was no response from the legal heirs of the deceased employee. The efforts taken by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner to secure instructions from the legal heirs of the deceased employee ended in failure. Thus, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is unable to get along with the matter.

2. In view of this fact, this Court is of the considered opinion that there is no purpose in keeping this writ petition pending for an unspecified period. Accordingly, the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
