.. Respondent Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP No.2226 of 2015 dated 10.8.2018.

O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.8.2018 in WP No.2226 of 2015, the case of the writ petitioner was considered by the Competent Authorities and the order of termination was set aside and the writ petitioner was reinstated into service by forfeiting the deposit amount.

2. In view of the fact that the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
