District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.A.225/2015 dated 15.11.2016, dismissing the appeal and confirming the order of Hon'ble Judicial magistrate, Fast Track court No.II, Coimbatore in C.C.No.324/2014, dated.22.09.2014, u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, convicted and sentenced the petitioner to undergo Simple Imprisonment for 10 months and imposed fine of Rs.3000/- and in default of payment of fine, the petitioner is undergone a simple imprisonment for one month and set aside the same and allow the revision.

The prayer sought for in this Revision is to call for the records relating to the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble I Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.A.225/2015 dated 15.11.2016, dismissing the appeal and confirming the order of Hon'ble Judicial magistrate, Fast Track court No.II, Coimbatore in C.C.No.324/2014, dated.22.09.2014 and set aside the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.03.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed on 26.03.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e 26.03.2018, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Revision is dismissed for non prosecution.
