O R D E R
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has agreed to pay the balance 50% of the property tax demanded by the local authority.
2. Hence, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the petitioner to pay the balance 50% of the property tax without any interest within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
