This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner to defend C.C.No.404 of 2023 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri District.
2. Heard Mr.V.Regunathan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.
3. In the considered view of this Court, the relief that has been sought before this Court must actually be sought for before the Court below. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application before the Court below and the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
4. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that considering the nature of offence for which the complaint has been filed, the company wants to plead guilty and hence, the petitioner wants to undertake that process by representing the company for which he has already been authorized.

5. The Court below shall take this stand into consideration and complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
