2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dated 23.09.2021 to the Registrar (Judicial) for listing these cases for withdrawal. Thus, these cases were listed under the caption "for withdrawal" today. Today, i.e. 04.10.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw these writ petitions.
