PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 1st respondent in respect of the selection process in Na.Ka.No.867/2018/Aa1 dated nil. 03.2018 pertaining to appointment of village Panchayat Secretary, Mahadanam Village, Nagapattinam Taluk and District and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the petitioner.
