This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time limit to surrender before the Principal District and Sessions Judge (Special Court for S.C/S.T Act) at Tiruvannamalai in connection with Crime No. 347 of 2022.

2. Having satisfied with the reason stated in the petition, two weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26511 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022.
