This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 5(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30420 of 2024, dated 10.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 5(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30420 of 2024, dated 10.12.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
