ORDER
The Writ Petition have been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2, their subordinates or anyone claiming or deriving through them not to interfere with the peaceful conduct of the business in "Royal Family Beauty Saloon and Spa", at No.18/19, Pallavan Nagar, Maduravoyal, Chennai - 600 095.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner was running a Saloon and SPA under the brand name "Royal Family Beauty Saloon and Spa". Petitioner provides services like hair cutting, beauty makeup and massage in Ayurvedha in Kerala tradition. Petitioner shifted the said Saloon to No.18/19, Pallavan Nagar, Maduravoyal, Chennai - 600 095, by duly renewing the licence No.11-147-002681/2022-2023 dated 15.03.2022. The said licence is valid till the year 2023. However, respondent police are interfering with the petitioner's business. Therefore, this petition is filed.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, petitioner was given licence only to run a Saloon. They have not obtained 'No
objection certificate' by the Commissioner of Police for running a SPA. When the respondent police visited the said Saloon, they found three separate rooms with bed.
4. In such circumstances, the prayer sought by the petitioner cannot be entertained.
5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to seek necessary 'No objection Certificate' from the Commissioner of Police to run a SPA.
