This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.30337 of 2022 on 08.12.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the first petitioner is modified to that effect, that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.

till the filing of the charge sheet and the condition imposed on the second petitioner is relaxed. However, the second petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
