ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] This Court, in continuation and in conjunction with the earlier order dated 08.02.2019, 25.02.2019 and 11.03.2019, is passing the following order and finally disposing of this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. In compliance of our last order, the Director, Institute of Mental Health, Kilpauk, Chennai-10 has sent a communication dated 01.04.2019 in Ref.No.2198/HMI/2019 stating that as per the direction of this Court, the detenue was brought for psychiatric evaluation. On going through the direction of this Court, it was learned that the detenue was refrained from psychiatric evaluation. It is also to be noted at this juncture that the alleged lover of the detenue, namely Santhosh along with parents are also present before this Court and though he would state that he got married to the detenue and except the photographs, no tenable proof has been filed to show that the marriage took place between him and the detenue.

3. In the light of the fact that the detenue as of now is a major and she is having right to take decision as to her future and well being, this Court disposes of the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the detenue is set at liberty to take a call of her future well being and safety.
