This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.12.2021 made by the petitioner and consequently direct the respondents to issue a similar order passed in regularisation of employees R.Subramani and Thangavel to the petitioner.

2. When the case was taken up, the leaned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the representation of the petitioner has already been rejected. However, it is the grievance of the writ petitioner that the copies have not been served. Hence, seeks this Court a liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the rejection order.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition challenging such rejection order. The respondents are directed to furnish such rejection order to the petitioner. No costs.
