(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J) Both Mr.C.Subramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Prashanth Kiran, learned Government Advocate, for the respondents would confirm that the demand under the impugned assessment have been settled under the Samadhan Scheme as early as in the year 2010 and would submit that nothing survives in this matter. 2.

An endorsement is made by learned counsel for the petitioner to this effect, recording which, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
