Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent 1 to 3 not to permit the 6th respondent to retire on 31.5.2015 and pass appropriate order against 4th respondent. ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner, to direct the respondent 1 to 3 not to permit the 6th respondent to retire on 31.5.2015 and pass appropriate order. 2.On instructions from the client, who was personally available with the learned counsel throughout the Virtual Court proceedings, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner place her submissions before the Court.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the 6th respondent has already retired from service, the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence this Court may dismiss the petition as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remady in the manner known to law.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is closed as nothing survives for further adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
