2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that paragraph no.2 of the order dated 02.06.2021 made in Crl.O.P.NO.2007 of 2021, may be deleted.

3. Further, it is submitted that after the dismissal of anticipatory bail petition, the accused / petitioner was arrested by the law enforcing agency and remanded to judicial custody. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed a bail application before the Court concerned.

4. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner prays that this Court may issue a direction to the learned Sessions Judge to decide the bail application, in accordance with law, on merits. M.DHANDAPANI,J.

5. In view of the above, while paragraph no.2 of the order dated 02.06.2021 is deleted, I am inclined to give direction to the learned Judge for TNPID Court to decide the bail application on merits and in accordance with law.
