1. The detenue has been produced before the Court.

2. The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue, says that the detenue wanted to remain in the custody of the mother.

3. We have interacted with the detenue.

4. It appears that she got married with one Rishman Basha.

5. The detenue says that she is interested in respondent No.3, Murshith.

6. The petitioner has stated that the Rishman Basha has agreed to give divorce to the detenue upon return of dowry. 6.1. The petitioner further says that since the detenue, is a major, she will get her married to respondent No.3 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

7. The said statement is taken on record.

8. The petition is closed on the basis of the assertion made before us by the petitioner and the detenue.
