Alleging that the order dated 22.11.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.33325 of 2012 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.It had been stated that on the previous hearing date W.A.No.1264 of 2019 had been filed and stay of proceedings have been granted by the Division Bench by order dated 04.04.2019. In view of this fact, the Contempt Petition is dismissed, giving permission to the petitioner to file

fresh petition if the need arises on the basis of the result of W.A.No.1264 of 2019.
