ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his wilful and wanton disobedience of the order made by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11999 of 2019 dated 30.04.2019, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.464 of 2015, pending 1/3

on his file and file final report within a period three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of that order.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the respondent completed the investigation and also sent the final report to the Assistant Public Prosecutor for approval and awaiting the orders. 3.

Considering the said submission, the respondent is directed to file final report before the concerned Court within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this Order. 4.

With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
