Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondents for the non-compliances of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21523 of 2019 dated 07.11.2019.

O R D E R

This Court while passing the orders on 07.11.2019, made the following observation at Paragraph No.5 of the order and the same is extracted hereunder:

"5.The order passed by this Court on 16.08.2019 has worked itself out and nothing remains to be clarified in the said order. Insofar as conducting any kumbabhisekham and other functions in the temple, it will depend upon the individual right of the parties. Either the Tahsildhar can call the parties and try to bring about a compromise between the parties by appointing a committee and conduct Kumbabhisekham and other functions or if the petitioners are not able to come to any compromise, they have to necessarily approach the appropriate forum and work out their remedy. Except this clarification no further order can be passed in this Criminal Original Petition."

2.The above observation made by this Court can never give rise to filing a contempt petition and there is nothing to comply with. Accordingly, the Contempt petition is closed.
