ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 120(B), 420, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.18 of 2014 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have introduced the garment purchaser to the agent of the first accused garment company which is alleged to have involved in the alleged money transaction.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as the seventh accused in the case. He further submitted that originally the petitioner was not arrayed as accused and he was implicated only while the charge sheet was filed. He further submitted that the entire investigation is over and charge sheet and final report has also been filed and the co-accused in this case were already released on anticipatory bail. He further submitted that trial in this case has also been commenced. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that investigation in this case is over and charge sheet and final report has also been filed and it has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District in C.C.No.263 of 2016.
5.Taking into consideration the fact that trial in this case has
commenced, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or appearance within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District, subject to the following conditions:- (i)The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District;
(ii)The petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District on all hearing dates. -sd/- 17/05/2017 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
