Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records from the 2nd respondent Labour Court relating to its award dated 11.11.2002 in I.D.No.274 of 1995, quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent Management to pay the petitioner his backwages and other consequential together with attendant benefits from the date of suspension, 15.01.1986 till the date of superannuation i.e., December 1999 after adjusting the amount already paid together with interest at 12% per annum.
