The petitioner had filed a memo indicating that the name of the Returning Officer is Gokul Singh and that he is now functioning as Revenue Divisional Officer cum Returning Officer, 179 - Viralimalai Assembly Constituency having office at Illupur Taluk, Pudukottai District, Tamil Nadu - 622 102. The memo is recorded.

2.The petitioner to file a fresh subpoena application to the said individual, to the aforementioned address, to appear and to produce necessary documents for the hearing date 27.03.2026.

3.It is again represented by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent that the petitioner had not given the list of documents which are sought to be produced by the Revenue Divisional Officer cum Returning Officer to whom summons had been directed now.

4.List the matter on 27.03.2026 at 4.30 p.m.
