This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to file the final report in Crime No.174 of 2015 dated 18.10.2015 as per the procedure laid down by the law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.174 of 2015 dated 18.10.2015 and charge sheet was filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
