A memo dated 27.10.2021 has been filed by the parties to the appeal stating that even before passing of the judgment dated 02.08.2021 in CMA.No.1996 of 2016, the parties had earlier reached settlement and the terms were recorded by the Lok Adalat and an award came to be passed by the Lok Adalat on 09.02.2009. A copy of the Lok Adalat Award dated 09.02.2009 is also enclosed along with the memo. Therefore, the parties seek for recall of the judgment dated 02.08.2021 passed by this court in CMA.No.1996 of 2016.

3. The memo dated 27.10.2021 filed by the parties are recorded and accordingly, the judgment dated 02.08.2021 passed by this Court in CMA.No.1996 of 2016 is recalled and closed.
