This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed by the Execution Court dismissing the application filed by the petitioner tenant to stay the Execution Petition.
2. Earlier, when the matter taken up for hearing, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs to the credit of R.C.O.P. on or before 17.02.2020 and the matter is listed on 20.02.2020 for reporting compliance. When the matter came up for hearing earlier on 20.02.2020, it was reported that, after the order passed by this Court, the tenant without informing the landlord has vacated the premises, and he has also not complied the order. Hence, the matter is listed today.
3. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.Prakash Adiapadam, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that, he has given change of vakalat and he has no instructions on that. However, Mr.Arun Anbumani, learned counsel appearing for respondent submitted that, the petitioner has already vacated the premises.
5. Recording the fact that, the petitioner has already 2/5
vacated the premises, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
