The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to return his original testimonials viz. i) 10th Mark Sheet ii) +2 mark sheet iii) Transfer Certificate issued by the School authorities iv) Community Certificate and v) Birth certificate which were returned with the 3rd respondent institution at the time of his admission in MBBS course during the year 2011-2012 within a specified period.

2. The submissions made by Mr.D.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and by Mr.Shanmuga Velayutham, learned Public Prosecutor representing the respondents were heard. The materials available on record were also perused. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to return the available documents to the petitioner.

The petition is ordered accordingly.
