This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing of F.I.R in Crime No.17 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 323, 498(A), 506(1) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961 and Section 4 of the Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002 on file of the first respondent Police.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent police would submit that the investigation is completed and a charge sheet has been laid on 29.12.2018, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the above said submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become Infructuous and hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
