Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Since the revision is against an order dismissing the Execution Petition, there is no question of any further proceedings in the Execution petition. Hence, the stay petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
