Ms.S.Nirmala Daisy, learned counsel for the sole writ petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned State counsel for both the respondents are before this virtual Court.

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that captioned writ petition has been filed assailing a Charge Memo dated 21.12.2008, but the writ petition has become infructuous as the Charge Memo has since been dropped.
