PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Respondents and their subordinates from demanding or collecting entry tax on the petitioner's imported new Bentley Continental Flying Spur - 610 PS Speed Motor Car bearing Chassis No.SCBBZ53W4AC062693 and Engine No.BWR0023337, to be registered and assign new registration mark by the 3rd and 4th respondents.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the arrears of tax due are already settled and the respondents also acknowledged the same. The petitioner submitted the copy of the certificate issued by the State Tax Officer on 11.02.2020.
