Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2020 to measure the boundaries bearing S.Nos.344/2C, 344/3A ad-measuring 48.75 cents of land which is situated in Vethapur Village, Pethanaickenpalayam Taluk, Salem District belongs to the petitioner as per the revenue records.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the Tahsildar, who is the second respondent herein and also to the third respondent, the Head Surveyor of Pethanaickenpalayam Taluk, Salem District to demarcate his plot of land comprised in S.Nos.344/2C, 344/3A, vide his representation dated 22.10.2020.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and made a statement on instructions, that an enquiry had taken place earlier on 28.12.2020 and during the visit of the Surveyor, there were some https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

local objections, following which, the notices are now given for all the parties concerned for enquiry on 22.02.2021 at 11.00 a.m. 3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the period, lost while discharging responsibilities associated with the conduct of the General Elections, 2021.
