O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.5114 of 2014 dated 22.11.2016, in and by which, this Court has directed the respondents to sanction and pay the Family Pension and commutation amount to the petitioner and release the amounts payable to her, with arrears, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order and respondents were directed to pay the monthly Family Pension so long as the petitioner is eligible to get the Family Pension.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Advocate for first respondent and learned counsel for second respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for first respondent submits that the Writ Appeal filed against the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.5114 of 2014 dated 22.11.2016, was allowed.

Since the Writ Appeal filed against the order of this Court was allowed, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
