This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the respondent in No.Na.Ka.PG1/1771/2007 and dated 29.06.2007, quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it was posted for today, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

In view of the above fact that even after giving several opportunities to the petitioner, there is no representation on behalf of her and since the matter is pending from the year 2007, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
