Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel for the revision petitioner stated that he has received the instructions that O.S.No.347 of 2018 which was pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif at Gingee had been withdrawn as settled on 03.10.2019 and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition. This fact is also confirmed by Mr.P.Bharatha Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the respondent.

2.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No order as to costs.
