This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to sponsor the petitioner's name under the priority category for dependent of Ex-Servicemen and to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's Employment Reg.No.1993F21108 for appointment to the post of Technical Assistant/Electrical under the priority category for dependents of ExServicemen.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
