Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to calling for the records relating to Circular Notice for all Class I officers of the Company issued by the 1st Respondent/National Insurance Company Limited dated 30.3.2007 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the case of the officers of the SC/ST Community from Scale I to Scale IV for promotion to higher cadre without insisting upon the Policy of Written Test and pass orders accordingly.

ORDER
The matter had come up on 01.09.2021 when I had passed the following order:
When the matter was listed on 17.08.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. On 18.08.2021, the counsel on record was represented by a counsel and at her request the matter was adjourned to today. Today again there is no representation by or on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Though the names of R1 to R3 and R5 to R8 are printed in the cause-list, there is no representation by or on their behalf.
3. Mr.V.Perumal, learned counsel for R4 is present.
4. List on 03.09.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal'.
