This application has been listed today, under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that in the third para of the Order the suit number is wrongly typed as 174 of 2011 instead of 1741 of 2013.

3. In view of the above submissions, in the Order of this Court in A.No.1822 of 2015 in C.S.No.770 of 2012, dated 14.02.2017, the registry is directed to correct the suit number in the third Para as O.S.No.1741 of 2013 and issue fresh copy of the Order to the parties concerned. As the suit in C.S.No.770 of 2012 has already been transferred to City Civil Court, Chennai, the registry is directed to communicate this Order to the City Civil Court, Chennai.
