ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for an issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made on 24.01.2022, within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the second respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner is now pending on the file of the second respondent.

3. Heard Mr.G.R.Deepak, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2022 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In the result, this writ petition is disposed of with above direction. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to correctness of claim made in the representation and the second respondent shall dispose it on its merits in accordance with law.
