O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 14.08.2023 made in W.P.No.1862 of 2023.

2. It is submitted by Mr.Ramanlal, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent that, as against the order passed by the writ Court dated 14.08.2023, intra Court appeal has been filed in W.A.No.623 of 2024, where a Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of interim stay.

3. In view of the said stay as has been granted by the Division Bench of this Court, this contempt petition cannot be pursuaded as of now. Therefore, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, in case, if any favourable orders are passed by the Division Bench in favour of the petitioner / writ petitioner.
