PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Pleased to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to give necessary adequate protection to the petitioner forthwith the petitioner's complaint dated 17.11.2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to give necessary adequate protection to the petitioner forthwith the petitioner's complaint dated 17.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third and fourth respondents, who are brothers of the petitioner, at the instigation of her daughter one Pooja @ Riya Sneka John have assaulted the petitioner. In respect of the same, the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 17.11.2021.Despite that, the respondents are not taking steps to give protection to the petitioner and thereby, the petitioner seeks for police protection.

respondent police would submit that it is a case and case in counter. The petitioner has given a complaint against her daughter and her younger brothers. In counter, the daughter of the petitioner one Pooja @ Riya Sneka John has given a complaint against the petitioner. Both the complaints are enquired in Rc.No.Crime-2/EZ/04/16298/2021, RC.No.09/DCK(Camp)/TNSLSA/2022 and RC.No.05/AC(Aym) /TNSLSA/2022. Enquiry was conducted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police. During the enquiry, it came to light that the petitioner had handed over the original documents of property and Rs.2 lakhs cash belonging to her husband's family to one Rajesh @ Krishnadoss, who is her friend and there is family dispute between the petitioner on one side and her daughter and siblings of the petitioner on one side. The family members of the petitioner were called for enquiry. During the enquiry, the parties have agreed to approach the jurisdictional Civil Court and redress their grievances. Recording the same, the enquiry has also been closed. 4.

In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
