ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.5680 of 2024 dated 04.03.2024, thereby the second respondent was directed to approve the appointment of M.K.Hajira as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner's school with effect from 01.02.2022 within a time frame.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced order dated 04.07.2025 of the second respondent, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.5680 of 2024 dated 04.03.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid order dated 04.07.2025. 2/4
3. In view of the aforesaid order dated 04.07.2025, this contempt petition is liable to be closed. However, the condition imposed in the aforesaid order "that Mrs.M.K.Hajira shall complete Tamil examination within a period of two years" is set aside since she is teaching Urdu in a Urdu school. Further, the respondents are directed to disburse the arrears of salary to her within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
