This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent-Police to secure the accused- Jaikumar by executing the nonbailable warrant issued by the Fast Track Court (at Magisterial Level), Alandur in C.C.No.141 of 2023 as against accused to undergo the sentence imposed on him.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that the first respondentPolice have already secured the accused-second respondent herein on 27.01.2025 and he is undergoing imprisonment imposed on him.

3. Since the accused was secured on 27.01.2025 and now he is undergoing sentence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 28.01.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No ms 2/4
