2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in para 3 in 1st, 2nd and 3rd line of the order dated 11.09.2024. The said para No.3, 1st, 2nd and 3rd line is to be replaced as follows:

"In view of the above said position, this suit is dismissed as settled out of Court........."

3. The Registry is directed to incorporate the above line in paragraph No.3 quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.

4. The other contents of order of this Court dated 11.09.2024 shall remain unaltered.
